Kester Black is an Australian beauty brand know for its steadfast dedication to clean beauty. Their products are entirely devoid of harmful chemicals and are proudly cruelty-free, highlighting their mission to offer consumers beauty solutions that are both safe and reliable. They started off as a nail brand – as well as being eco-friendly, cruelty-free (all of the buzz words) they have great nail polish, end of, but have now expanded into just about every other aspect of beauty. Skincare, makeup, nails etc.

In a world where beauty products often come bundled with hidden concerns, Kester Black offers a refreshing and trustworthy alternative, and they need UGC.

✔ What They Are Looking For

〰️ Kester Black is seeking Problem/Solution style UGC content that can lean into the downfalls of ‘normal’ makeup. Eg, lipstick bleeding/smudging, not lasting all day. Nails badly damaged from years of nail biting…

〰️ Their firm commitment to clean and safe ingredients is a fundamental aspect of their brand. If you can genuinely convey the importance of clean living and the safety of their products, you’re an ideal fit.

✔ What They Are Not Looking For

〰️ Content that overlooks the USP of the products. Whilst we’re in the beauty space, we don’t just need nice looking content. We need to answer the problematic questions women have about their beauty regimes.

💻 Current Creative: They’ve got a solid 350 different creatives going on Meta at the moment, with a lot of emphasis on UGC, so you’ll need to find a unique angle if you’re going to be a problem solver for them. Dare I say it, a lot of the content is pretty *boring* – so pitch content that can breathe some life in to their ad library.
